Why Legacy Academy Exists
Legacy Academy was created to preserve rare martial arts knowledge, make high-level instruction more accessible, and pass valuable systems forward to the next generation of serious students.
Access To Knowledge That Is Usually Difficult To Find
Alan Baker has dedicated more than 45 years to studying unique, specialized, and often hard-to-find martial arts systems. As a master-level educator, he has developed the ability to simplify complex material and make it teachable for serious students and instructors.
After years of requests from students and instructors around the world, Sifu Alan created Legacy Academy to make these systems more accessible. In many cases, training in these arts would normally require traveling across the country or around the world to learn from high-level instructors.
Legacy Academy changes that by offering a structured online archive of detailed lessons, classes, seminars, private training footage, and the annual Legacy Academy Summit, where practitioners can train multiple arts in one event each year.
Credit Where Credit Is Due
At its heart, Legacy Academy was built to honor and respect the teachers who helped guide Sifu Alan throughout his journey. The goal is not only to study these arts, but to preserve their lessons, principles, and spirit so they can continue to influence future generations.
Legacy Academy is more than an online video library. It is a preservation project, a training resource, and a bridge between past teachers and future students.
