Material Covered by This Notice

Protected material may include original articles, written lessons, course text, curriculum, photographs, illustrations, graphics, diagrams, audio, video, recordings, downloads, presentations, worksheets, page copy, and original code created specifically for the Company.

Copyright protects original expression. It does not by itself protect an idea, method, system, procedure, title, name, short phrase, fact, or discovery. Names, logos, program titles, and other brand identifiers may be protected by trademark or other laws.

SECTION 03

Personal and Permitted Use

You may view the website through a normal browser, share links to publicly available pages, and use material in ways expressly authorized on the page where it appears.

You may print or save one copy of a public page for personal reference when the copy retains its copyright notice and is not shared, sold, published, displayed publicly, or used commercially. Course, membership, purchase, and download materials remain subject to the agreement provided with that offering.

No permission is granted beyond the limited uses stated here or expressly authorized in writing.

Uses That Require Permission

Unless applicable law permits the use or written permission has been granted, you may not:

• Copy, republish, upload, distribute, transmit, sell, license, broadcast, perform, or display protected material.
• Edit, translate, adapt, alter, or create a derivative version of protected material.
• Remove copyright notices, credits, watermarks, metadata, access controls, or ownership information.
• Use course content, curriculum, downloads, photographs, video, audio, or written instruction to create or support another product, course, membership, publication, presentation, or service.
• Record, capture, redistribute, or share content from a private course, membership area, online session, or live training event without permission.

SECTION 05

Automated Collection and Artificial Intelligence

Automated or systematic collection of protected material is prohibited except when needed for ordinary search engine indexing, accessibility technology, website security, or another use expressly authorized by the Company or permitted by law.

Protected material may not be copied, extracted, uploaded, or used to train, fine tune, test, benchmark, populate, or support an artificial intelligence system, model, dataset, knowledge base, or generated product without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

SECTION 06

Fair Use and Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this notice is intended to limit fair use, the public domain, or another exception or limitation provided by applicable law. Fair use depends on the facts and circumstances of each use. There is no automatic rule based only on a word count, percentage, educational purpose, or lack of commercial profit.

Attribution alone does not replace permission when permission is legally required.

SECTION 07

Material Owned by Others

The website may include photographs, quotations, logos, embedded media, software, or other material owned by outside creators, organizations, or licensors. Those owners retain their respective rights. This notice does not grant permission to use material that belongs to another party.

Requesting Permission

A permission request should identify the exact material, the proposed use, the audience, the format, whether the use is commercial, and how long the material will be used. Permission is valid only when granted in writing by an authorized representative.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright, contact the Company with identification of the protected work, the material at issue, its location on the website, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement that the information submitted is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

SECTION 10

Enforcement and Related Terms

The Company may remove access, suspend an account, request removal, issue a platform notice, seek compensation, or pursue other lawful remedies when protected material is used without permission.

This notice should be read together with the Terms & Conditions. Questions about permitted use should be submitted before the material is copied or distributed.
